تاثير نسبة الجرافيت على السباكة الرملية

The objective of this research is to study the addition of graphite to the natural sand

and its effect on both the properties of sand casting such as (compression strength,  shear

resistance and Permeability),  as well as the most important mechanical properties

(tensile strength and hardness) for aluminum casting. Graphite is known to be used for

sand casting to separate first rib from the second rib ،graphite used to paint the model, quality of the foundry.5% graphite is the ideal for obtaining good properties that can be

inferred from improved physical properties(Permeability) and mechanical properties

(compression strength ,   shear resistance) ,   the outcome of the improvement also clearly

affects the height of the foundry hardness and tensile strength ,   that's what the results

from this study show.
