دراسة تأثير حقن هرمون الأنسولين على رحم وأجنة فئران المعمل الحوامل
This study was conducted on a number of 30 female laboratory mice, with an average weight of 21 grams. All were raised in the laboratory animal facility at the Medical Research Center in Al-Zawiya, housed in cages, and provided with appropriate nutrition and water equally, under a temperature not exceeding 27ºC and a relative humidity of about 40-50%. The aim of raising these females was to study the morphological effect of insulin injection into the abdominal cavity of pregnant females on the embryos and the mothers' uterus.
