ظاهرة النزوح السكاني في المجتمع الليبي (أسبابه ـــــ واقعه ــــــ آثاره)

The subject of this research paper addresses the phenomenon of population displacement in Libyan society, specifically the forced displacement that occurred in Libya during and after the year 2011. It examines the factors and reasons that led to the displacement process, the living conditions that displaced individuals now suffer from, and the negative social and economic impacts resulting from population displacement. Most of the displaced have found themselves living in harsh conditions that have affected their stability due to wars and conflicts between politically and tribally opposing groups. Armed confrontations and acts of violence have led many residents to flee in fear of reprisals, putting their lives at risk, resulting in the disintegration of the social fabric, declining educational levels, and a collapse of health services, as well as rising crime rates due to the proliferation of weapons stemming from the wars, and the instability of the security situation. Additionally, there are financial burdens, a lack of liquidity in commercial banks, and a housing crisis.
