The relation between philosophy and literature: The objective of this study is the

controversial relationship between philosophy and literature. This study denies the idea

that calls for the separation between philosophy as a study and rational mediation and

literature which depends   on imagination.

Although some insist on the separation between them, recently the approach of those

two fields is getting closer and possible. In addition, philosophers now recognize that

these writings about man and existence may give a deep insight into those assumed

issues. At the same time, literary men realize the value of philosophy as one of the great

sources of knowledge that can expand one's imagination in approaching the deep areas

of creativity
